- Exterior made of S.S. LM-304 grade & constructed on thick S.S. LM-304 angle framework.
- Pre-heating Chamber & Inner Chamber made of Stainless Steel
- Gap between the walls filled with initial layer of Asbestos Sheets followed by a dense layer of high
- quality low thermal mass glass wool insulation.
- Provision for forced air circulation using motorized blower.
- Installed with a Microprocessor based PID Digital Temperature Indicating Controller with Timer
- Superior quality contactor for cutting / restoring power to the heaters are incorporated.
- Doors provided with safety cut-out system disables the Motor & the Heaters when doors are opened in operational mode.
- Control panel with suitable neon lamps for indication of Mains On/Off. Heater On/Off etc.
- 24/48/ 96 & 192 TRAYS TRAY DRIER SUPPLIED WITH HEAVY DUTY 304 PIPE TROLLEY’s TRAYS.
- Unit works on EITHER 230 V AC, 50 Hz. OR 440 V AC 3 Phase Supply.
